ABSTRACT: The Impact of Industry 5.0 on Vocational Training Methodologies has become a significant area of interest as technological advancements reshape educational frameworks. This study aimed to explore how Industry 5.0 influences the methods used in vocational training. The objectives were: to evaluate the current vocational training methodologies, to assess the integration of Industry 5.0 technologies in these methodologies, and to determine the outcomes of such integration on trainees' skills. A survey design was adopted due to its effectiveness in collecting extensive data from a large population within a limited timeframe, providing a comprehensive understanding of the topic. A sample size of 300 vocational training instructors and trainees was selected using a purposive sampling technique to ensure participants had relevant experience with Industry 5.0 technologies. The case study was the Federal College of Agriculture in Akure, Ondo State. Findings revealed that Industry 5.0 technologies had significantly enhanced the flexibility, efficiency, and personalization of vocational training methodologies, leading to improved skill acquisition among trainees. It was recommended that vocational training institutions should invest in Industry 5.0 technologies and continuously update their training methodologies to keep pace with technological advancements.
